Victory: Minimum Wage for Caregivers

For the past 75 years, homecare workers have been excluded from the basic labor protections that most American workers take for granted. Finally, that exclusion is ending.

On September 17, 2013, the Obama Administration made history when they announced that homecare workers will begin receiving basic minimum wage and overtime protections.
