Bend the Arc is pleased to present the 2012 reports for the Tzedec Economic Development Fund (TEDF). The long-term commitments of TEDF's investors have made it possible for TEDF to serve as the only national Jewish community investment program supporting Community Development Financial Institutions nationwide for the past 18 years.
TEDF's community investments support important work to develop affordable housing, reduce blight, and create jobs in cities from Boston to Los Angeles. We invite you to read through the Annual Investor Report, which highlights the accomplishments of TEDF in 2012.

Inspired by the Jewish commitment to economic justice and Hebrew Free Loan Societies, TEDF is the first and only national Jewish initiative to organize American Jews and Jewish institutions for community investment efforts in low-income communities. TEDF invests in community development lenders that provide loans, financial services, and basic financial education to residents in communities often neglected by mainstream banks.
