Register New Citizens to Vote

Nationally, Bend the Arc is working towards fixing Voting Rights and passing Comprehensive Immigration Reform. As a way to connect the two issues locally, we are registering new citizens to vote moments after they take the oath of citizenship to the United States. Bend the Arc began this effort in June, and it was a deeply inspiring experience. Being someone’s first point of civic engagement is incredibly powerful. We hope it’s something we can continue with you!

Festival of Rights - Southern California

What a year of reflection, hard work and triumph it has been.

Because of you, we helped pass Proposition 47 and register hundreds of newly naturalized citizens to vote!

Now it's time to celebrate and party with a purpose!

Please join us on Sunday, December 7th from 6 PM to 9PM to honor and hear from those working to make voter access more equitable, give voice to the otherwise silent community struggles as well as those who light the way towards everyone living with dignity and equality.

San Diego House Party

At Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice, we are growing throughout Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Orange County and San Diego. There are critical civil rights decisions being made, overturned and amended every day. They are the very policies that enabled the Jewish community to thrive in this country. At Bend the Arc, we are making sure that there is a Jewish voice speaking out on these issues.
