Our society is in need of profound transformation. We get there by supporting the leaders our communities need on the frontlines.

There’s just one month left to apply for the Selah Leadership Program, Bend the Arc’s renowned leadership development program where participants experience personal transformation, organizational optimization, and deep collaboration within a Jewish framework. And I want to make sure that as many people as possible hear about this opportunity.

Who’s this cohort for? Selah Cohort 16 will be comprised of 20 Jewish people of color who play significant leadership roles in Jewish and non-Jewish social change organizations.

We’ll come together over a period of six months to experience intensive leadership and management training, networking and community building, and ongoing learning.

Selah Cohort 16 will provide a healing space where Jewish leaders of color can build deep, interdependent relationships to advance and support each other’s leadership, inside and outside the Jewish community.
