New York – Following the arrest of a St. Louis man suspected of directing bomb threats against Jewish Community Centers nationwide, Stosh Cotler, CEO of Bend the Arc Jewish Action, released the following statement:

“We are grateful to our nation’s law enforcement officials for diligently pursuing the individuals making these threats against our fellow Jews across the country. We urge the parties investigating these crimes to continue their work completely and thoroughly until all those responsible for this dangerous and frightening antisemitic harassment are held to account. As this antisemitic violence continues, we must also remain vigilant to the rising bigotry and attacks against other groups including the Muslim community, immigrants and people of color. Violence and harassment that targets any of these communities is completely unacceptable, and we must make clear that it will not be tolerated in this country.”
