Join Jews in Champaign-Urbana to loudly say: we stand with Dreamers and we demand a clean Dream Act now.
We will be marching down Neil Street from WCIA Channel 3 to the News-Gazette building. Our friends and allies will join in chanting the songs we sang during our historic civil disobedience protest in Washington on January 17. We will have speakers on either end of the march. Hopefully, the media will follow us all the way and hear us speak out for a clean Dream Act. February 8 will be the last chance for Republicans, specifically Rodney Davis to do the right and humane thing. Let’s call them out and tell them how we feel.
The parking lot of WCIA is just north of Green Street, between Randolph and Neil. Parking is available on the street or possibly in the public library parking lot at the corner of Green and Randolph.
