Representatives of local faith communities will be visiting Congressman Rodney Davis's office, IL-13, between Feb. 1-7 to urge him to support and call on House Leadership to support a clean Dream Act.
One representative from each faith group will read a passage from our sacred texts to support our moral position on DACA.
On February 7th at 5 pm our faith communities will join together in a Candlelight Vigil in front of the Alma Mater statue on the University of Illinois campus, corner of Green and Wright Streets in Urbana, to pray that the undocumented immigrants in our community and country receive a fair and just path to citizenship in a clean Dream Act.
