Gather with other New Orleans Jews and stand in solidarity with New Orleans Hospitality Workers Alliance! NOHWA has asked for New Orleans residents to show up on July 9th to demand that city council defunds the police and instead funds income replacement and jobs. Join the newly re-forming NOLA Minyan of Bend the Arc: Jewish Action on Thursday July 9th at 4pm to get to know one another, do some Jewish grounding, and join the march. We will meet at Duncan Plaza at 4pm and then walk over to the 5pm March.
Please bring a mask if you have one, and we will have some extras as well.
