Senate Democrats released a budget resolution and it includes a pathway to citizenship for millions of immigrants including immigrant youth, DACA recipients, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders, farm workers, essential workers, and their families. We want to keep it there.
In the past, Senator Portman has supported the continuation of DACA. The cruel decision to partially end DACA by a federal judge in Texas made it clear that temporary protections will always leave our immigrant family and friends vulnerable. We need immediate and bold action to deliver a permanent pathway to citizenship for millions.
