My sister-in-law's grandchild has numerous special needs. Many of the services she needs are through Medicaid. I don't know how she and parents will manage without these services. I'm connected to the Adult Education community and I've heard that the Administration is trying to claw back Adult Education funds. This is one of the most cost-effective programs one could hope for. Basic 3R skill, workforce-readiness, English Language Acquisition - all Adult Ed programs that benefit the community and businesses. The cruelty of this administration is too numerous and heinous.
