Last night, we brought together hundreds of Jews and allies to hear from a panel of experts on antisemitism, safety, and solidarity.
Yesterday, JTA and the Forward published a powerful op-ed by my colleague Rachèl Laforest about the intersections of racism and antisemitism, with her perspective as a Haitian Jew.1, 2
On Tuesday, I hosted a conversation with Rep. Andy Kim (NJ-03) and leaders from our South Jersey chapter to discuss antisemitism and the upcoming election.
Monday, Bend the Arc trained dozens of Jewish and progressive leaders on how to respond effectively to antisemitic incidents.
Last week, we launched into action after Trump claimed Jews would be responsible for his election loss.
Bend the Arc is on multiple frontlines of the fight to dismantle antisemitism and build a country with safety and thriving for all of us. But this work takes resources. Can you chip in with $3, or any other amount, to help us continue this critical work in the weeks and months ahead?
We know antisemitism is a threat to our Jewish communities, to all of us who are fighting for justice in this country, and to the future of democracy itself. And we know that we can dismantle it by working together.
So in the new Jewish year, 5785, we’ll keep training leaders across the country, building messaging and advocacy tools, calling out dangerous rhetoric, and rising up with our partners in solidarity to build a democracy where our multiracial Jewish community — and all threatened by white nationalism — are safe and free.
Winning the future we dream of will take all our skills and commitment, and staying resilient and present through hard times. Join me today by investing in our work to dismantle antisemitism with a donation of $3 — or any amount that’s meaningful to you — as we head into the new year.
With gratitude and in solidarity,
Jamie Beran
CEO, Bend the Arc
PS: Keep an eye on your inbox — we’ll send you the recording of last night’s expert panel next week, and we’ll continue to share resources with you, especially in this critical election season. You can help make more of this work possible by chipping in today.
