Big news: Jacksonville’s own Moral Minyan — a local organizing group of Bend the Arc: Jewish Action — is starting up! Will you join us as we organize to stand in solidarity with Black lives, including Black Jews?
We will spend the hour signing petitions and contacting our representatives about Jacksonville’s budget, police accountability, fighting white nationalism and more. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about Bend the Arc: Jewish Action – as well as other organizations fighting for racial justice – in Jacksonville, hear about ways to get involved in the organizing, and discuss local and state issues.
As Bend the Arc: Jewish Action Jacksonville, we know Black Lives Matter is a Jewish value. Our work is just beginning. We look forward to connecting with you in the coming weeks and months to defend Black lives and to create a multi-racial democracy where we are all free and safe.
