Take Action
Bend the Arc is organizing around the country — in the streets and on Zoom — to build a country that’s truly for all of us. Together, we show up alongside communities under attack, hold elected officials accountable, and win progressive victories at the local, state, and national level.

My husband and I thought an activist would come and lead us after we cleaned the living room. We realized WE had to make this happen. ‘Us??’ But we decided to step up, that now is the time to stretch ourselves. We got a well-thought-out agenda and help preparing. We had a small but very passionate, engaged group of people attend. We're working on next steps and connecting with others in the Bay Area.

What we do
Bend the Arc is building a multiracial, multiethnic, intergenerational movement of Jews and allies all across the country who are rising up to build an American future free from white supremacy, antisemitism, and racism. In Washington, DC and cities across the country we:
Rise up in solidarity
Solidarity across race, faith, class, and gender is the only way to build power and dismantle the systems of oppression that harm and endanger our communities. We have to do it together. None of us will be free until all of us are free.
Invest in our shared future
We’re building the multiracial democracy that’s been promised in America but never achieved. We’re investing in systems that keep our communities safe and divesting from systems that uphold white supremacy.
Build a new america
We’re fighting for the joyful future we deserve: one where Black liberation is realized and where all of us are safe and thriving, no matter what we look like or where we come from.
HOW WE GOT HERE
In 2016, in the face of Trump’s fear and division, Jewish activists reached out and asked, “What can I do?”
In response, we created the Moral Minyan program to help Jewish people across the country step into leadership and organize a powerful Jewish resistance. And four year later, by the end of 2020, we reached nearly 30 local groups in our network!
These groups — from Seattle to South Florida, Denver to Austin — are organizing their local Jewish communities to rise up in unprecedented numbers to build a country that is truly for all of us and push white nationalism out of the halls of power.
