Join us as we plan for an in-district legislative visit with the staff of Representative Pramila Jayapal. We will be discussing the asks we will make of her around ensuring that ICE & CPB receive no additional money to bolster their detention and deportation machine. Rep. Jayapal is particularly important in this effort as she has power in her position as the Co-Chair of the Progressive Caucus to influence other Members of Congress to take bold stances on immigrantion justice. Whether you would like to help shape the content of our meeting with Rep Jayapal, or can commit to joining the group at the in-district meeting (most likely a weekday in July), we'd love to have you attend this planning session.
