St. Louis Moral Minyan Launch Meeting

Description

It’s safe to say that times are not safe in our country for immigrants, especially those crossing the southern border. If the current climate of treatment of immigrants is something that moves you emotionally, whether that’s anger, sadness, or vigor to take action, we have an opportunity for you to do something.

Our St. Louis Bend the Arc chapter is convening in hopes of forming a Jewish coalition, so we can take action together to fight for justice for immigrants and against white nationalism and bigotry.

Join us the evening of August 15 at MaTovu for beer, snacks, and conversation centering Jewish solidarity for immigrant justice. We (Jeni and Alyssa), will share with you the national work Bend the Arc (https://www.bendthearc.us/) is doing around immigration. Together we can decide how to best move forward locally, united in our opposition to what's happening in our country, from the Southern Border to St. Louis, today. We hope to see you there!

**Please share with anyone who may be interested!!**
