Last week, we helped block H.R. 9495 — a bill that would give Trump the power to investigate and effectively shut down any tax-exempt organization, including nonprofits like Bend the Arc.

But now it’s back and it only needs a simple majority to pass this time. Our members of Congress need to hear from us, urgently, before they vote again this week.
