Canvassing in Pennsylvania with my wife over the weekend
While Trump spewed his hateful, dangerous, and self-serving closing argument at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, I was in Pennsylvania knocking on doors for Kamala Harris and other Democratic candidates.
I saw firsthand how impactful volunteer outreach is. Some voters are still on the fence and need an empathic conversation. Others need information about where to vote or reassurance that their voice and their vote matter.
Out in the field, it’s clear that donations in this final week make a real difference. Every dollar donated helps Bend the Arc get more volunteers out to knock on doors, call voters, and get people to the polls on Election Day.
This is our last chance to do everything we can to win this election.
