What are faith leaders doing this election?

October 23, 2026

Right now, faith leaders and communities are rising up to meet the moment.

Clergy are training to be poll chaplains and volunteers like you and me are getting out the vote. Our movement knows that voting is sacred and it's on all of us to protect our elections.1,2

As we head into Shabbat, I’m committing to putting everything I have into the final push before Election Day, and I hope you’ll join me.

Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice has Jewish phonebanks nearly every day between now and Election Day. Sign up for a shift (or two!) to help voters make a plan to cast their ballots in the critical final week of this election.

Here’s a snapshot of upcoming shifts:

📞 Sun. 10/25, 6:30pm ET
📞 Tues. 10/27, 6pm ET
📞 Weds. 10/28, 6pm ET
📞 Thurs. 10/29, 6pm ET
📞 Sun. 11/1, 5:30pm ET
📞 Mon. 11/2, 3pm ET

All are welcome to join, no experience needed! You'll receive training, call scripts, and tech support. Phonebanks are online; you can join from anywhere.

When Shabbat ends tomorrow, there will be less than 10 days until Election Day.

I want to know that I did everything I could to protect our elections and our democracy. Will you join me?

Shabbat Shalom from all of us at Bend the Arc,

PS: Phonebanking is even more fun with friends! Can you forward this email to 3 friends to invite them to make calls before Election Day?
