You’re invited: Celebrate, reflect, and plan for 2023 with Bend the Arc. RSVP for the national call this Sunday at 7:30PM ET.

The results are in — Georgians turned out in record numbers to reelect Senator Raphael Warnock, reject MAGA Republicans, and strengthen a Democratic majority in the Senate!

I’m so inspired by voters and organizers in Georgia and beyond. An enormous Yashar Kochechem (congratulations) to our partners at New Georgia Project Action, Black to the Future Action Fund, and Community Change Action for building a movement to overcome attempts to silence voters and reject politicians who spread fear and division.

And of course, thank you to Bend the Arc members who made calls, sent texts, knocked on doors, donated, or mobilized people to get out and vote. Every vote made a difference. Our work together made a difference.

As CEO of Bend the Arc, I’m taking time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together, and chart where we go from here. That's why I'm excited to invite you to a national call this Sunday, December 11 at 7:30PM ET / 4:30PM PT to hear from Bend the Arc leadership and learn how you can take action for our shared liberation in 2023 and beyond.

Looking to 2023 and beyond: A National Bend the Arc Call Sunday, December 11 7:30PM ET / 4:30PM PT

On the call, I’ll be in conversation with Bend the Arc staff and board leadership, including:

  • Ginna Green, Bend the Arc Board co-Chair and Partner at Uprise
  • Rachèl Laforest, Chief Programs Officer
  • Graie Hagans, Senior Advisor
  • Enzi Tanner, National Organizer

Together, we’ll discuss what it would look like to live in a country where no one is afraid — and what it will take to get there. We’ll focus on how we build a movement towards collective safety and liberation and why Bend the Arc is working to build Jewish political power for that purpose. We’ll also address some of the ways our movements stumble on anti-Black racism — and how we can fight back in solidarity and deep relationship.

I’m proud to lead at Bend the Arc because we’re building a movement of Jews and allies to dismantle white supremacy, achieve Black liberation, and create an inclusive multiracial democracy where we all thrive — and I want you to be part of it.

I hope you can join me — and my amazing colleagues — for this important call on Sunday, December 11.

In celebration and community,

Jamie Beran, CEO
