Last week, I trained canvassers in Michigan on how to talk about AIPAC without fueling antisemitism. Supporters like you helped fund this work in one of Bend the Arc's most successful fundraising drives ever. Thank you — the impact in Michigan was tangible.
While leading the trainings you made possible, I also spoke directly with Jewish Michiganders about why they were canvassing for Abdul El-Sayed. We made a new video to tell their story.
Watch: Why I’m a Jew in Michigan voting for Abdul El-Sayed.
The timing of this video is urgent. AIPAC just dumped an *extra $9 million* behind Mike Rogers.1
AIPAC clearly knows the Jewish vote could make the difference in this race, and they’re choosing to spread fear and division to help elect a Trump devotee and keep the Senate under MAGA control.
The antidote to AIPAC’s lies and fear-mongering are real Jewish stories that hold complexity while being rooted in Jewish values.
I am grateful to do this work with you,
Eli Williams-Szenes
Director of Advocacy and Political Affairs, Bend the Arc
PS: Our Michigan video costs $7,000 to produce. We’ve raised $2,000 so far and still need to cover the rest. If you’re able to make a donation, contributions from supporters like you make this content possible.
