Remember the anti-immigrant Senate bill we helped defeat this month? Now President Biden is expected to pick up where it left off and issue an executive order that could allow him to shut down the border, increase deportations, and end asylum as we know it.

But the White House is still deciding.¹ Now is our moment: President Biden needs to hear from American Jews and allies that we demand an executive order that safeguards asylum and creates more protections for new and undocumented immigrants.
