The Jewish fight against Trump's big bad budget

June 23, 2025

Join Bend the Arc, T'ruah, MAZON, and Dayenu for an urgent Jewish community call. RSVP for the call on Tuesday, July 1.

By July 4th — that’s when Senate Republicans want to pass Trump’s ‘Big Beautiful Budget Bill.’

This one big bill is an attack on all of us, which is why we’re rising up across issue areas to demonstrate a united Jewish front and demand our legislators take action. We need all of us to stop this bill — join us for the urgent call next Tuesday.

We Rise, We Do Not Descend: A Jewish call to action on the federal budget
with Bend the Arc, MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger, T'ruah, and Dayenu: A Jewish Call to Climate Action
Tuesday, July 1, 8:30pm ET/5:30pm PT on Zoom

We have each been fighting this budget bill because of the work we do on climate, hunger, and immigration. We’re uniting now because our issues are intricately linked in the struggle for safety and justice for all of us.

The budget bill threatens to cut food assistance for struggling families and clean energy programs to beat back climate change, while funneling billions of dollars into ICE and mass deportations.1

That is why we are coming together across the Jewish community to learn more about what's at stake in the budget, how these threats impact our communities, and take action to stop this inhumane bill.

RSVP for the Jewish community call to action on the federal budget on Tuesday, July 1 at 8:30pm ET.

As Jews, we have a moral calling to fight for a budget that reflects our values and vision for a country where all people can thrive, free from hunger, and in a healthy climate for generations to come.

We hope you will join us to learn, take action, and rise together.
