1:1s are a critical tactic for base building and deepening relationships. Join us on Sunday, June 19th at 10am PT/1pm ET to learn the fundamentals and tactics behind this skill. Through practice, participants will deepen their ability to ask strategic questions, build relationships based on self-interest and campaign goals, and move people to take action.
This training will be facilitated by Sophia Lanza-Weil (she/her/hers), who brings two decades of organizing experience that spans labor, community, interfaith, and electoral campaigns. A former Bend the Arc organizer, she is excited to support the national strategy in this guest-facilitator capacity. When Sophia isn't organizing, she creates theatre that's queer, political, and full of puppetry.
This training is part of our Core Leader Training Series, which also includes Strategic Campaigning and the Arc of Escalation (April 10), Partnerships (May 8th), and Storytelling (June 12).
