Join us on Sunday, April 10 at 10am PT/1pm ET for this special training on strategic campaigning. Together, we’ll discuss the distinction between organizing and other modes of change, the role power plays in effective organizing, and the fundamentals of designing and running a campaign. Whether you’ve been organizing for years or only a day, this training will support you to sharpen your organizing skills and deepen your relationships with other Bend the Arc leaders.
The training will be facilitated by Sophia Lanza-Weil (she/her/hers), who brings two decades of organizing experience that spans labor, community, interfaith, and electoral campaigns. A former Bend the Arc organizer, she is excited to support the national strategy in this guest-facilitator capacity. When Sophia isn't organizing, she creates theatre that's queer, political, and full of puppetry.
This training is part of our Core Leader Training Series, which also includes Partnerships (May 8th), Storytelling (June 12th), and 1:1s (June 19th).
