10 rabbis and two pastors were arrested in front of ICE offices the Jews Demand ICE OUT action in New York City on April 30th. In total, hundreds of Jews and allies gathered to protest ICE’s cruelty at 17 actions in 10 states.1
We blew our shofars and whistles to demand action: the way to get ICE out of our cities is to cut off their funding and hold them accountable.
Right now Republicans are preparing to use the budget reconciliation process to get an extra $140 billion for ICE and CBP, on top of the $170 billion they stole last year from our kitchen tables and healthcare.
We must keep up the pressure. Here are three things you can do today:
📲 Call your Representative right now and demand not one more dollar for ICE.
🙋 Join a Jews Against ICE phonebank on Tuesday, May 12, 6–8pm ET.
❤️ Donate $18 to fund the next chapter of our Jewish fight against ICE.
We have a vision of a Promised Land for all here in the United States.
To get there, we need to defeat the Trump regime through sustained non-violent action — people everywhere speaking out, disrupting business as usual, refusing to comply, and demanding justice.
The good news is that our Jewish movement is growing every day. Join us today by 📲 calling your Representative, 🙋 signing up for a phonebank shift, or ❤️ donating to power our work.
